Planning and preparing service and maintenance work on IT equipment and IT systems and their infrastructure
Carrying out service and maintenance work on IT equipment and IT systems of information technology and on their infrastructure
Completing orders and supporting users in the use of IT devices and IT systems of information technology and their infrastructure
IT security and data protection in IT systems, network infrastructures and transmission systems
Installing IT systems, devices and equipment and connecting them to the power supply
Testing the electrical safety of IT equipment and operating resources
Plan, prepare and perform work tasks in coordination with customer-specific business and service processes
Informing and advising customers and clients
Evaluating marketable IT systems and customer-specific solutions
Develop, create and support IT solutions
Carrying out and documenting quality assurance measures
Implementing, integrating and testing IT security and data protection measures
