The precise milling contours are produced in conjunction with workpiece carriers due to the high positioning accuracy of +- 0.02 mm in the axes. The max. milling range is 350 x 430 mm with a PCB thickness of 0.5 - 3.2 mm. The max. component height for the end mill on the top side is 20 mm. The automatic dust extraction system enables residue-free assemblies. Milling cutter breakages are automatically detected and an automatic tool change takes place. The cutter diameter is automatically monitored.
Due to this technology, PCBs can be precisely cut out of the panel without mechanical stress on the assembly and components.
