Training focuses on
- Selling the company's products and services
- Conducting marketing activities, from analysis of market potential to customer service
- Advising and supporting customers
- Determining the need for products and services, purchasing materials, means of production and services, and scheduling for service production or distribution
- Supporting the order fulfillment process, e.g. in service production and logistics
- Handling business management issues in all functions of the company (financing, investments, profitability, cost planning, analysis and tracking, etc.)
- Processing of business transactions in accounting
- Evaluating key figures and statistics for performance monitoring and for controlling operational processes
- Apply methods and instruments for personnel recruitment and selection, plan personnel deployment and process personnel administration tasks
- Planning and organizing work processes
- Using foreign language documents; corresponding and communicating in typical situations with customers in a foreign language
- Working in a team and in projects within the framework of business processes using current information, communication and media technologies
- Skills in communication, cooperation, moderation, presentation, problem solving and decision making
