Training focuses on
- Support developers in the implementation of contracts, in the analysis of required functionalities and of technical environmental conditions and in the design of circuits
- Assemble devices and systems
- Install and configure programmes
- Test devices and systems
- Prepare device and system documentation
- Prepare layouts and documents
- Award and coordinate orders for the procurement of components, ancillary materials and operating equipment for the implementation of internal and external customer contracts
- Plan and control production processes, organise group work
- Set up, programme, optimise and maintain production equipment and test systems
- Assist in the analysis and optimisation of production processes
- Test and carry out routine repairs to components and devices
- Work with English language documentation and communicate in English
- Under the provisions of the Prevention of Accidents Regulations, electronics technicians for devices and systems are deemed to be skilled electrical and electronic engineering workers
- Use IT systems, including in digitalised processes
- Apply regulations relating to data protection and information security
