Processing of the support request
Once we have received your e-mail, you will immediately be sent a confirmation with an RMA number which should be used as the reference number in further communications. Please note that processing may be delayed if information is incomplete. The more detailed the information provided, particularly regarding the reasons for return, the more efficiently the request can be processed.
