In addition to automated assembly s.e.t. electronics GmbH (s.e.t.) also offers manual assembly of conventional components (Through-Hole Technology – THT) at its Mönchengladbach and Lubsko (Poland) sites.
With parallel feed of lead-free and lead-based components, the two wave soldering units are capable of soldering both alloys. This is ensured by a dual pot in which lead-free and lead-based solder are permanently supplied. A dual fluxer, which can process the varying types of flux without converting the system, rounds out the performance spectrum of the soldering system.
In addition to wave soldering, s.e.t. also offers the technology of selective soldering. This method is always used when required due to the processes or the nature or typology of the component.
Both sites are equipped with the same wave soldering units and selective soldering units so that your components can be relocated between the two sites – of course, only after prior agreement.
